This turned out so great! The seller was very helpful in correcting the embroidery proof when it didn’t look exactly how I wanted. The final product looks perfect! It looks exactly like my dog. The hat is good quality too. I wish they had kids sizes, but for now I will have to adjust it all the way down. Highly recommend either way!

I could not possibly be happier with this product. When they sent me the digital proof of my cats for the hat, I cackled with laughter and excitement. I gave this gift to my husband 10 days before Christmas because I couldn’t even wait. I showed the hat to many people, two of which asked for this stores information. Highly highly recommend. The item is amazing! Great quality.
The hat came out well. The image is good and the hat quality is good. It did take about a month to get to me, which I would have appreciated knowing when I bought it. There was also a shipping issue but it made it to me in the end. The seller was responsive to all my questions but it felt like bare minimum responses. In general, I would have had a much better experience if there had been more clear communication from start to finish.
