Refund & Exchange

Since all orders are personalized, you cannot cancel to edit it once it’s being placed.  If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us directly at contact@lineandstitch.com

Refund

  1. Our artists will start on your work as soon as order is placed; so, due to the customized nature of the work, only 50% of the full payment is refundable once an order is placed.
  2. If the order has already been produced, any type of refund is not applicable.
  3. If your order is a digital product and it’s already been delivered, any type of refund is not possible. 
  4. If for any reasons you’d like to change your design before production, you will be charged an additional $10 per new photo.

Exchange

  1. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If the product arrives damaged, we offer free replacement, no questions asked.  To be eligible, all you need to do is send ups a photo of damaged parts.
  2. Our exchange policy lasts 30 days.  Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement.
