2. Preview draft:  Within 48 hours, we will send you a preview draft.  We’ll be happy to make any number of revisions until you’re totally satisfied.

3. Unlimited revisions: We value your satisfaction.  feel free to request any changes until you’re 100% happy

4. Production:  Once the design is approved, we’ll jump into producing your item, which normally takes 1-3 days.  

5. Shipping: Following production, your order will be packaged and prepared for shipping.  You can refer to our shipping policy section for more details.

Overall this was a unique gift. Turn around time was quick too. I wish the quality of the hoodie was better as it seems to have pilling already. I was also hoping to see design proof of at least 3 pic outlines- but that was an additional cost. Only one pic proof is included. I picked indigo with lavender and that turned out nice :)

The seller is very responsive and gets back to you almost instantly after placing your order. They prepared a template rather quickly for me to approve and began working on it once I gave the okay. My sister in law had to put her pup down and this is the absolute perfect gift, she loved it!
