At Line & Stitch, we turn your photos into custom art works.  Our handmade pieces come with unlimited revisions for your satisfaction.

Within 48 hours of your purchase, a preview draft will be sent to you.  You’re welcome to approve it or request unlimited times of revisions until you’re 100% satisfied.  Once you’re happy, we’ll move to production and shipment of your product.  

1. Order placement:  Once your order is placed, our designers will spring into action.

2. Preview draft:  Within 48 hours, we will send you a preview draft.  We’ll be happy to make any number of revisions until you’re totally satisfied.

3. Production:  Once the design is approved, we’ll jump into producing your item, which normally takes 1-3 days.  

4. Shipping: Following production, your order will be packaged and prepared for shipping.  You can refer to our shipping policy section for more details.

3. Shipping: 6-10 business days

To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, we offer unlimited number of revisions until the design is perfect. 

Due to the personalized nature of the products, we are unable to accommodate cancellation once we get started working on your design.
