I ordered the matching hoodie for our anniversary, it is expected to deliver between April 3-11, but today is 12 and the package still shows shipment preparing. I tried to contact them by email but they only responded for the first time and since then I did not receive any further email regarding my order. Is this fraud?
I placed my order in December and didn't get the hoodies until February. Ontop of that when your expecting fluffy comfy hoodies you get thin, breezy hoodies. Don't get me wrong very cozy and the details are exactly as I imagined! The hoodies are adorable and high quality even if it's not the texture you were expecting. They are thinner then preferred but still very nice, me and my boyfriend really like ours
