Physical product

1. Order placement: Once your order is placed, our designers will spring into action.

2. Preview draft: If you’d like to preview a draft, please let us know when placing your order. Draft previews are typically sent within 72 hours and are available only for items created from photos.

3. Production: Once the design is approved, we’ll jump into producing your item, which normally takes 3-5 business days. 

4. Shipping: Following production, your order will be packaged and prepared for shipping. You can refer to our shipping policy section for more details. 

Digital product

1. Order placement: Once your order is placed, our designers will spring into action.

2. Preview draft: Within 72 hours, we will send you a preview draft. We’ll be happy to make any number of revisions until you’re totally satisfied.

3. Delivery: Once the design is approved, we’ll send you the digital file!

1. Design preview: 1-2 business days

2. Production: 1-3 business days 

3. Shipping: 5-8 business days

To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, we offer unlimited number of revisions until the design is perfect. 

Due to the personalized nature of the products, we are unable to accommodate cancellation once we get started working on your design. However, we offer limited revisions until you're happy!

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee may vary depending on your location.

All orders (except for stitched photo items) should receive a design preview within 48 hours. If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your spam folder.
